Definitely Calling Ralph Again

I reached out to Ralph to get initial price quotes on piano tuning and he was very responsive, friendly, and communicative! With his experience and expertise I did not have to think twice about hiring him. My family’s piano had not been tuned in over 10 years and had some keys that were stuck.

Ralph took apart the entire keyboard (I didn’t realize there are so many layers to a piano), and he found so many things embedded that we would never have found. After putting it all back together he expertly tuned our piano and it sounds almost brand new.

If you are deep cleaning your piano, I suggest having a duster and small vacuum handy to pick up the excess dust bunnies inside (we had a lot), and also a large towel or some kind of padded surface to be able to set the keyboard down when taking it all apart.

It took just under two hours for the deep cleaning plus the extra long tuning since it had been a while. For our next regular tuning, we will definitely be calling up Ralph again! Thank you! Yvonne L
